If there is no network problem, you will receive sms instantly containing the balance you have on your UBA account.

If you no longer have access to the phone number that is linked with your UBA bank account, kindly walk in to nearest UBA bank branch to update your bank account profile.

Alternatively, you can also use the UBA UMobile mobile app to check your account balance on your phone.
